I originally formed my business as Xplore
Solutions, which was and still is an Internet
Service Provider. In 2008 I created Valley
Computer Services, with a focus of onsite
computer repair.
As
a Christian business owner I endeavor
to bring honor and glory to Jesus in all
that I do.
Valley
Computer Services is based in Roanoke Virginia. Along
with on-site computer repair, they also offer computer
training and data recovery.
Owner Bryan Roth was previously with Cyntergy Corporation
(Tech Team Cyntergy) where he was a Project Analyst
providing software training, seminars and technical
services throughout the country. Some of the projects
Bryan worked on were Choice Hotels International systems
rollout, InterContinental Hotel Group systems rollout
(Holiday Inn). Bryan also worked for Radiant Systems
(Alpheretta Ga.) were he worked on projects for Exxon
and Circle K.
Bryan has over 15 years of technical and customer service
experience. Providing excellence without compromise
is the company motto and Bryan strives hard each day
to see that every customer feels like they are his only
customer.
What
you can expect from Valley Computer Services: We will arrive in
our service vehicle with the company logo on each side of the van.
The technician will be courteous and professional. We will determine
the best course of action for your situation. Some times it is more
cost effective to bring the computer back to our shop. If we will
need to take it back to the shop, pickup and delivery are always free
within 20 miles of our office. The average repair bill in our shop
runs between $75.00 and $135.00. All information on your computer
is treated with confidentiality.
